I have been away for the past week or so, and so I've only got around to checking this today.
It seems that my MySQL database has not been completely migrated - quite a number of tables seem to have been missed, certainly all those alphabetically after "kol_module".
I'm not sure if you require any additional information from me to resolve this, or if you can access all the information you need from the posting account. In any case, if further information is needed please let me know.

I dug around a bit, and realised I could solve this myself by exporting the old DB myself and re-importing it. Problem solved!
Just for info if anyone comes browsing here... you can still access your old DB via the mysql.plus.net (using your original user/pw)
