If I choose not to renew my domain, what happens?

Sorry Matt, one more question - the first instruction from JTN is that I must ask PlusNet, will you make any charge for transferring the domain name away from Plusnet to JTN?
If you can tell me this, hopefully I can then complete the process,

Transfer out is free. See Section 2 of the Domain costs and hosting allowances page
