IP Blacklisted on SORBS

Router was turned off yesterday and looks like it was assigned a new IP address which has been already tainted by SORBS
Blocked out the IP addresses for now but what information would be needed to unblacklist this IP?

You shouldn't be running an email server / sending email on a dynamic IP address, most of them will be backlisted.
Email should be going through Plusnet relay server.

I'm getting the captcha error a lot from cloudflare etc on almost every site and it's blocked me from accessing some programs
Is there any way to fix this IP?

Hi @kent911t,
Could you drop me a PM with your account username please, as I'm struggling to find this based off of your forum account info.
Please could you also confirm if you experience the captcha issues on other devices and whether this issue goes away when trying to access the site from a different connection.
Could you also confirm which other sites you're having problems accessing when on the IP.
If your IP has since changed, please could you also advise me what your IP was when you were experiencing problems.
