Hi @pauljs,

I’m really sorry for the confusion here. It appears our initial number importing checks were successful, so subject to further checks, we should be able to import your VOIP number and renumber your line with it. 

If you don’t want to go ahead, then I would either give us a call on 0800 432 0200 or update that ticket 232592088 and our Support Team can cancel the import order. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
