I have changed ISP. Can I still connect to my plusnet webspace?

I've recently left Plusnet for another ISP and belatedly realised that I didn't remove my files from my Plusnet webspace.  Can I get at them to remove them?

Depends whether you're talking about our Homepages or CGI web servers.
You'll not be able to FTP to the CGI servers unless you're connected to our network.
You can FTP to the Homepages servers but only if you have a subscription/paid for account. If your account's been downgraded to a free PAYG variant then you might struggle.
Either way, your webspace still being there suggests that your account can still be used to log into the Member Centre? If it can, you could always raise a support ticket asking us to remove the content on your behalf?

Thanks for your reply, Bob.  As luck would have it, I tried again and for some reason managed to FTP to my homepages so was able to delete my site.  No CGI involved.  All sorted!
