How to request rDNS

Hi,

I use PlusNet via John Lewis Broadand and I now have a static IP which I am using for web hosting.

My DNS servers are:

  - Primary DNS server:212.159.6.10 (cdns02.plus.net)

  - Secondary DNS server:212.159.6.9 (cdns01.plus.net)

I have set up to host emails too however I cannot see any option to request an rDNS entry for each of my domains.

How do I request it?

Thank you for taking your time to get in touch.

I am very sorry that you are having a problem with our service.  In regards to reverse dns we are able to request this to change however we cannot add both primary and secondary we can only have one.

In regards to assistance this is not something we are able to support with and please contact the company who hosts this for you.
