How to change DNS name

Hi,

 

How can I change my DNS name? Currently if I do a reverse DNS lookup, I can see that it is username.plus.com.  As my username contains my real name I dont want this to be visible to anyone with my IP address. I cant see any settings to update this and it looks like there used to be a help form to request  this but it doesnt seem to exist any more.

I already have a static IP address.  On my account settings page for the Static IP, it says the following:

As standard, the rDNS for your IP address(es) is username.plus.com (where 'username' is your Account Username). If you need to change your rDNS settings, please request this through the Help Assistant.

Unfortunately the option to change rDNS settings is not available from the list of topics in the "Help Assistant" page.
