How to access and delete my old website

I was a happy Plusnet customer a few years back but eventually our BT phoneline could not get us a  speed  more than 1.5Mb so we changed to Telewest cable which back then offered 10Mb

My problem is I can't access my old Plusnet website to delete it as it is no longer relevant and shows my address and phone number etc.which causes me problems with unwanted calls..

Has anyone an idea how I might
