How report a phone line fault? - can't find email or messaging link

Can anyone tell me how to report a fault on a phone line other than by phone? I can't seem to find any way to email or report faults online and apart from the annoying very long hold times I prefer to have a record of any conversations.

You can troubleshoot and report phone issues here. 

I can see, however, from this ticket that we are already aware of the issue and have raised it to our supplier to investigate further.
