I'm getting emails from someone at Plusnet. Rather infuriatingly, while they can email me, when I email back (Reply) I get an automated message tlling me the mailbox in not monitored (?)
In the message there is a link to a 'Help Assistant' and I can see a thread of comments, but no way to add to it to reply. I can only close the 'question'.
My question is; how do you reply to a comment made by someone at Plusnet?
I have seen this statement from a Staff member in another forum post......
