The chat isn't working. How do I raise a ticket???

Unfortunately PN no longer offer support via ticket.

When you say "The chat isn't working." do you mean it is not showing? , if so, this could be caused by ad blocking software

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Arghh So if PN dont use support tickets, why does it tell me to raise one then? This is a definite UX issue, I'm sure someone will pick it up soon.
