How Long Does It Take To Get A Removed Site Resurrected?!

I created a new site over the weekend, which (un)fortunately was very popular.  As a result my daily bandwidth allocation was exceeded.  PN sent an automatic email at 4am saying the site had "been removed".  Since then I've been chasing a ticket to get it returned (or just FTP access so I can put a redirect to another host).  Surely it shouldn't take 11 hours to get this resolved???  Also why automate this removal process? - this is my FIRST offence in almost 2 years of using PN and paying £22 per month 
It's left a sour taste and I'm seriously looking at an alternative ISP 
Anyone else give me an idea of how much longer I've got to wait to gain access back to my site?
