How Do I REMOVE (not transfer) a Domain From PN Hosting?

I have a domain listed as 'hosted' on my account. I let the domain lapse a couple of years ago and expected the hosting to just die naturally on its own but it's still listed although of course it's no longer available to DNS. Anyone know how to discontinue the PN hosting?

It was a free domain so it's not actually costing anyone anything but I'd like to tidy things up.

As requested, I've removed the domain in question and so your Member Centre should be a little tidier now.
