To quote another Grumpy On Man - I DO NOT BELEIVE IT !
A few days ago I got an automated message to say the web traffic to my site had caused it to just exceed the daily limit.
As I could see no way to control the number of visitors to my site I opened a ticket # 86073128 to ask PN how I am expected to control the number of people visiting my site as PN offer no tools to control this.
The reply although seemingly synesthetic offered me no solution save deleting some of my files, so when I got another warning I decided to move all my files to MediaFire and deleted them from my website.
I notified PN of this using my open ticket, but I have now had a third email telling me that my site had been removed completely !
They have totally ignored my last response and now want me to phone them to beg them to reinstate it.
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS !
The only reason I exceeded the daily limit this last time was because I was moving my files to MediaFire, which I have already told them I was doing !

Hi Dave,
It looks like the usage limit was hit while you were in the process of moving the files over to MediaFire, as this is an automated process there would have been no way to manually intervene before the limit hit. Unfortunately we don't offer any higher tier of webspace so the 250mb/250mb is that you currently have is the best option we have on a residential service so there isn't much we can do to help you reduce the traffic other than advice to move downloadable content to another service.
I've now had the webspace reactivated for you so you should be able to get back on there and finish off any transfers you may have.
Hope this helps!

Yes that does help - Many Thanks
EDIT - Or it would if it was there ?
How long should it take to reappear ?
OK, Guess I was just too impatient, it is now back, thanks again.

Ha Ha Nice One
I've deleted the offending files now, so hopefully it can't happen again
