Help to cancel BTSport app

Hi, I'd like to cancel the BT Sport app, but phone lines are down and there's no scope to chat online to anyone. I looked in my add ons, but there was no button to remove! Any help very appreciated.

I’m having the same issue. I want to cancel the BTSport app, but cannot find out how to do it from PlusNet websites.

Can someone at PlusNet please cancel my BTSport app.

You advertise good service, but you are making life difficult for cancelling this app.

We are shielding from the virus and would expect better service from you at this time.
