Has BT Wholesale Speedtest Removed "Further Diagnostic" tab

There was until quite recently (within last 4 weeks) a "Further Diagnostics" tab to click which gave more detailed results.

This appears to have been removed?

That's a shame as it was useful to see if you were stuck on the wrong IP profile.

I guess some bright spark decided that if it isn't there you can't be wrong or questioned on it.

Thanks for flagging this, I've replicated this on my own broadband connection and as far as I'm aware there's been no formal comms about the further diagnostics being removed and it's still part of our fault reporting process.

I've raised this to the relevant team for investigation though and I'll post back when I've got any updates I can share.

As an update the further diagnostics has been temporarily removed from the speed-tester while work is carried out on it. If I get anything else I can share I’ll be sure to post back.

Well there's nothing there at all now.

Maybe the "fix" is to ditch the tester completely.

Until a few days ago, and previously, I had been accessing that site via my bookmark http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/

What a difference an "s" makes.😀

And it's good to see that the change has also included the return of the "further diagnostics" button.

Yeah, we have to use the 'secure' version.
