Re Mcafee

Passed billing date ok 19th without deleting.

Today 24th Jan opened security centre ok but could not use any of the items

scan, shredder, junk clear, settings etc, nothing I click on works, keeps giving me details about

items blocked between May 2013 to July 2015

AM I PROTECTED ?Huh

have also answered on my open question.

Addition to last post

Looking at those Dates on MacAfee, They look familiar and could be cause of the problem.

About May 2013 we would have been on a set usage and used to PAY £2 or £2.50 per month extra for MacAfee.

About July 2015 we went on to unlimited usage so Mcafee became included in price.

 

About March 2017 we moved house and entered 2 year contract still with unlimited usage.( just basic broadband )

There problem sorted, and I don't know anything about computers, ????
