Getting set up

My Plusnet broadband was supposed to start today. I've got the router and my old broadband connection has been cut off but I've had no comms from Plusnet to tell me what's going on. Anyone got any idea how I find out? Customer service phone line isn't operating and no email address.

They aren't doing me proud yet!

The Help Team on the forum are doing their best, but, national emergency, budget ISP - not a great mix.

Don't despair just yet - even in normal times it's quite usual for activation to happen any time up to midnight.  🤞
