Getting frustrated at a lack of support for my stuck domain transfer

Hi,

My domain transfer of clumpy.co.uk is still in limbo it appears. It is still registered to Plusnet but not listed in my account and it hasn't arrived at Mythic Beasts.

This has been going on too long now. I fully appreciate we have had the Christmas and New Year in between this process starting and now but this is not good enough.

Private messages are being ignored/not looked at.

Please can someone help!?!
