Full Fibre is available in my area

Hi,  where i live we have really bad internet speed,  so ever since they started installing full fibre in my town I've been excited to actually have good internet,  this week i got an email from city fibre who are installing fibre in our area saying full fibre is available at my address, and they have gave me a nice long list of ISP's to sign up with.

i have checked Plusnet and they are not on the city fibre list and on my plusnet account there is no option to upgrade or change package I'm on.  obviously I'm wanting to stay with plusnet.

So how long does plusnet take to add the full fibre package to there account page for my address,  when i signed a contract with plusnet. we was told we could move onto full fibre when it becomes available,  its now available and really want to get the ball rolling.  if it going to take a while id rather know now.

Thanks

@doylewoodger

PN only use the OpenReach network and not the CityFibre network.

You'll either have to wait for OR to install FF or move to CF - with any early termination charges that may appy. You also lose your PN email if that matters.

If considering moving, have a look at Zen Internet - they use both networks.
