FrontPage 'Conflicts' in Remote Server

Hi, I've just uploaded my FrontPage web site onto the PlusNet remote server at my fp address, for the first time.
However when I look at the files on the remote server, there are quite a few of them, Index.htm included, which have a '?' and 'Conflict' against them.
Can some one please explain what this means and how do I resolve this issue.

These are the files that you have changed (or at least are different on the server). Just get FrontPage to overwrite them.
