My freenetname.co.uk email stopped working this morning, due to 'incorrect password' (although it hasn't changed for a long time).
Tried logging in to the plusnet email service with my freenetname email to retrieve/reset my password, only to find that it the account is not recognised.
I've been a freenetname customer since the service started many years ago, and my account is still valid until renewal at the end of June 2018
