Freenetname domain name expiration.

Hello, my Freenetname/Madasafish domain name is due for renewal again and will expire on February 1st. Last year I messaged the Plusnet Help account on Twitter for help, but this year there appears to be no response.

The domain is www.staffordtown.co.uk
I can provide my account username if required.

It could be worth calling 0800 432 0200 to renew your domain urgently if it’s due to expire soon

Have you reviewed the domain’s status with nominet?

I note that my Plusnet domain was renewed silently. Do you know it has not been reviewed or do you simply fear it has not based on prior experience?

I'll give it a couple more days before calling. Last year I was told I'd have to ask them to renew every year from then on.
