Freenetname domain expiry

Hi

My domain m-e-a.co.uk appears to have expired.  I can no longer access my email (other than via webmail) and website has gone.  Please help.  

This was a freenetname, then madasafish account.  I'm not aware of any plusnet account details, sorry.

I've got the same problem..  I've been waiting 3 days.. My ticket Number is 195217704

Problem Resolved this morning,  emails started coming in about 11am and nominet showing domain registered for another year.
