Re: Freenetname domain expired - please help

Hi @Roy99

I’m sorry to see your domain has expired. Unfortunately we don’t automatically renew Madasafish domains so once you’ve PM’d us your details and we’ve renewed it, I’d recommend making a note of the expiry date next year.

If you can contact us before the domain expires we’ll be happy to renew this for you so there’d be no downtime of service. (Unless we discontinue domain services however I’m not aware of any plans to do this and I’m sure we’ll let everyone affected know if we do make such a decision)

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: Freenetname domain expired - please help

Thanks Roy, I've raised a task to our NetOps team and messaged you back.

I'd expect your domain to be renewed for a further year within the next few days.

Let me know if there's anything else you'd need help with.

Re: Freenetname domain expired - please help

Hello,

I need a domain renewed on 20th March - can you raise a ticket for that so it doesn't lapse?  I've no idea how to PM you, so any help on that would be good too!

Cheers,

Andy

Only the originator of a Topic can mark it as 'Fixed'.  You have piggy-backed on an existing post where it already has a 'Fixed' status attached. Embarrassed

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi MauriceC, yes, I spotted that too, after I posted. Sorry!
