So I've had my domain tobyboucher.co.uk for 20 years ... first with Freenetname, then Madasafish and now apparently Plusnet.
It appears I am no longer being charged for the service ( although it would have been nice to actually be notified as such .... )
And I have received a notificastion from Nominet that my domain has not been renewed. I have raised a suipport ticket ( more out of hope than expectation ! ) on Madasasafish which hasn't been responded to.
As I am not actually a Plusnet user I can't raise a ticket there.
Any chance a helpful Plusnet employee can assist ?
