Freenetname Madasafish Email Domain Problem

Hello

I have a domain/email that originally started with Freenetname that then got moved to Madasafish and now with Plusnet.

I've recently noticed, I am only receiving emails through the freenetname email and not the chosen registered domain name email.

Please could you look into this for me - thanks.

So we can look into this for you please can you private message me with your account username if you know it. If not, then if you could please provide some other information we can use to locate the account such as the address that was registered with it or the email address.
