Freenetname/Madasafish Domain name expiry

I have received an email from Nominet saying my domain name has expired.  I have had this for about 10 years or so and have never had any problems so a bit surprised.  I am an ex Freenetname/Madasafish customer so can only assume PlusNet are doing some housekeeping?  Anyway, after reading other posts, it seems posting on here is the best way forward.  I did phone Plusnet yesterday afternoon but really don't think he knew what he was doing, he said he would email Backoffice and copy me in on the email - he didn't!.

I use this domain name for all my email correspondence so would be a nightmare if it stopped working.  Could someone please contact me to take this forward to ensure the domain name is renewed.
