Freenetname/Madasafish Domain Expiry

Hello,
My Freenetname/Madasafish domain expired on 25th September, so assistance would be appreciated in getting it renewed. I've seen others on this forum have had similar issues which have since been resolved. Given that I have had this domain for some considerable time and am reliant on the associated email address I would appreciate your help in getting this sorted.

The relevant team have also just advised me that your domain has now been renewed.

Hi,

I have checked Whois and the domain name has been renewed for another year - thank you for sorting this out for me. It is much appreciated. One last question related to this - will it be renewed automatically from now on or do I need to set a diary reminder each year to request it be renewed?

I am afraid you would need to set a reminder to request a renewal as it would need to be manually done by ourselves.

I have the same problem having received an email today from Nominet to say my domain has expired and I need to get in touch with madasafish - please can you assist, I have done the progression from madasafish to freenetname to plusnet - the madasafish site sent me round in circles and I am at present visiting family in the US so not so easy to phone to sort. My url is www.nutty-tart.co.uk with the accompanying emails which you should have on record

We have sent a domain renewal request to the relevant team. Please allow up to 3 working days for this to be actioned however, it should be done much sooner.

Thanks for getting in touch @Mr-P and apologies for the delayed response.

From what I can see the domain is active and isn't due to expire until the end of the year.

If that's not what you're seeing can you drop me a PM where you're seeing this?
