Freenetname/Madasafish Domain Expired

Please can you renew my domain - russellc.co.uk - as soon as possible. It was previously a freenetname and then madasafish domain.

It has been suspended without notice.

I have the same issue, domain suspended on 16th Oct, I raised a ticket with PlusNet Support on Thursday 17th but no luck yet, now 3 days later... HELP
