Freenetname / MADASAFISH Domain not renewed

My domain is due to expire 5th Nov 2019 and has not yet been renewed. Does this happen automatically or do I need to request this? The site is www.djspeedy.co.uk

I also have a FreenetName / Madasafish account that i would like to resurrect.
