FreeNetnames/MadasaFish Domain Transfer

I have a freenetnames domain that eventually became a madasafish domain which is now owned by Plusnet.

I have had no luck with Plusnet Telephone Support, Can someone please point me in the correct direction of who I should contact so I can get the domain moved away from freenetnames/madasafish/plusnet.
