Free webspace not serving my page Not Found [CFN #0005]

I still use the free webspace that come with PN yonks ago. Mainly for doing a bit of dev work.

Theres an index.php in the root of my webspace; here: http://ccgi.unclezen.plus.com/

But its not being served, instead Im getting Not Found [CFN #0005], which I think is probably a 404

Anyway the file is there and was working at the weekend and now its not.

Nor are any of my test sites

Hi there, 

The issue seems to be the default webspace rather than CCGI specifically. I've performed some account maintenance which will hopefully resolve that for you within a few hours. Do let us know if not.

I'm sorry and also a bit surprised to see that's not sorted yet. In all honesty I don't think a ticket was the way for us to go.

After chatting with Adam, it seems you'll need to get in contact with Hostopia to get further support in regards to the portal issue you've mentioned.

What? I have to? How do I do that then? 

Let's just wind this back a sec. PN provide me with web space, its stopped working and I have to contact hostopia to get the web space to work again? 

Surely the responsibility  here lies with PN to make this work as promised when I signed up. Or have I missed something?

I understand how you feel, our hosting is a free value added service and as it's provided by Hostopia who are a third party we need to advise you to seek support from them on using that, there's no reason why they won't be able to help you though.
