Forgotten My CGI Login Details

As per the title, I can't remember my account name for the PN (externally hosted) cgi site.    
(It's forever since I had to use it as it was in AceFTP but now with a new computer .....)
Anyone?

You could try ccgi.username.plus.com making the obvious substitution for username.
