Flash gallery fails to load

Hi everyone, hope someone can help me with this problem. I've raised a ticket with PlusNet about this but their first response was unhelpful and I'm currently awaiting something more back from them.
I've made and uploaded a website that includes a Flash photo gallery. When I view the Gallery page, I see the loading icon for the gallery very briefly and then nothing else:
http://www.angelsasha.plus.com/soa/gallery.html
When I view the site locally or upload it to some alternative webspace, the gallery works fine:
http://www.serifwebresources.com/staff/sarah/soa/gallery.html
So this appears to be either a fault with my PlusNet webspace or an intentional limitation of the kind of files that can be served.
Has anyone experienced anything similar to this before? Any ideas why it's not working? The Flash file does rely on an XML file to work correctly. Does PlusNet webspace block XML files from being served?
Thanks in advance for anything you can suggest,
Sarah

Re: Flash gallery fails to load

I have flash galleries in Plusnet's webspace and they seem to work ok, see -
http://www.cliffjordan.plus.com/flash/coast/
But I use Photoshop Elements to create these and upload directly to the webspace as standalones, I do not include them within another webpage. Note I also link to a folder which contains an index.html file. Photoshop creates xml files for this folder  - and no problems.
Not certain if this helps but as no one else has replied yet it might be of some use.

Re: Flash gallery fails to load

Its likely to be one of these.
In windows UPer and Lower case are the same thing but on the web server they must match you file is wpimages/Photo Grid
so make sure you have the right directory and that Photo Grid in the right case.
Make sure the javascripts are in the right dir wpscripts/
the main one is AC_FL_RunContent which is often the problem check the case of all the files compared with the html file.
As it work fine on one and not the other it must be a file or dir in the wrong case. somewhere unless you have a very large site its best to put all the files in the one dir as this saves loads of problems.
