Fibre being laid - what happens next?

Hiya

More a general question than specific to PlusNet...

OR have been pulling Fibre through in our road (a cul de sac) and the guys have confirmed it's for FTTP.

Any idea what will happen next - a letter drop, a new green box appearing, trenches dug to the actual houses?

I guess I'm asking:  how will I know when I can order it!   🙂

There might be an indication of the projected date if you do a google search specific to your locality. You will be able to order it when it's shown to be available here https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/

I assume that you know that since closing the trial Plusnet do not offer a FTTP product. Something perhaps to bear in mind if you are renewing a contract in the near future?
