Hi - I have a link sent from my son's school (which I have checked to be genuine) and when I click on it, it opens up a Plus Net page that has this message: The account has no invoice in Failed Billing. I tried this using my laptop, ipad, iphone and they all resulted with the same message. There is no problem going to other sites, just when I click on this link in the body of the email.
I've rebooted a setting on your account which should fix this, but if you do continue to see the error message "no invoice in failed billing" can you switch your router off for 65 minutes letting us know how it goes following that?
