FTP ran OK but old version of PDF file displayed?

I had a similar problem when uploading the index file but CTRL + F5 resolved this.
I am now trying to upload a new version of a PDF file which has an extra page. (Page 4 added)
CTRL + F5 has not worked this time.
Any ideas?

Have you definitely overwritten the old version with a file of the same name, including case?  Check the directory listing to make sure...

Hard to say without knowing the location of the file you've uploaded. Might be worth you opening a support ticket.

sorry false alarm - I had changed the name of the PDF file
