I have a program - Virtual Weather Station (VWS) - that I have set up to upload several .jpg files. However, FTP is failing with the following error messages:
09/26/09,10:10:07,System socket error. Check Internet Connection,Login to ftp.plus.net (Attempt 1)
09/26/09,10:15:04,FTP Command failed. Try passive mode.,Login to ftp.plus.net (Attempt 1)
Using Windows XP SP3
I've tried turning off Windows firewall
I've tried with and without passive mode.
Reset my router.
I can login using CuteFTP, and also from VWS on a friend's computer.
It must be a local problem as I set up VWS to FTP to another site without success.
Can anyone suggest anything else I can try please?
