FTP & Password or Username problem

My webspace via FTP, keeps coming back that my user name or password is incorrect, could someone check it is activated please?
Have two PC's running diferent software - usually use smartftp.
just using my user name 'graemsay' and normal password.
My account was activated 24/12/07 and everything else is great.

Have you changed your (Password)? if yes try your old one.
Make shoure that you tipe your Password & Username in the same Case, so for example if your Username was:
ben & you put Ben then it will fail.

Thanks for the tips as one can easily overlook something but I haven't changed anything and everything is in lower case. I am fairly sure that it just hasn't been activated as yet.
It must be a very busy period for the support staff so I am quite content to wait a while.

Your Account  should be up and running, rays a ticket with Technical Support, if you can not get in to PlusNet's portal send me an PM and I will send you PlusNet's Phone Number.

Thanks for the advice and raised a note with support which only took 30 minutes to get a reply and it should be up and running in about 4 hours. Very fast indeed.
The last time I raised an issue with my previous adsl&phone supplier (Virgin) it cost me over £4 in phone calls to tell them their cps had failed and I was having to route my calls through BT. After a week with no action of any kind I managed to get BT to sort it out for me.
What a difference in support and real glad I migrated.
