FTP & Account Password not working

Have 2 accounts with webspace - one works fine but the second says login error - checked that password is correct - faulty account is hoyhigh

This is an update to previous posts regarding issues with timeouts when trying to FTP to our
Homepages servers (ftp.plus.net).
The work to implement additional monitoring of this platform was completed without any issues this
morning.
We're leaving temporary measures in place over the weekend to avoid any further problems when
trying to FTP to the Homepages servers and will provide another update on Monday morning.

I'm getting "Connection Failed" from my FTP software - I wonder if my FTTC upgrade finally killed off the web space I wasn't supposed to have anyway?

Yeah, it was removed as part of the upgrade. Looks like 250Mb webspace allocations are permitted on the product you moved to, but not 100Mb allocations (which is what you had). I've reinstated the webspace however you'll have lost anything that was uploaded. It's also likely to take 24 hours or so for things to start working again. I've made a tweak to the product configuration to avoid this happening again should anyone ever find themselves in the same situation you did.

Thanks, Bob - it's just a mirror of my personal not very frequently updated web site, so I'll just upload it again once I can connect to it.
