FTP: It connects - All is Green - but then trips @ the final hurdle

For a couple of days now, I've not been able to gain access to my files on the Homepages server..
(I've tried this on both Right FTP & Fire FTP (part of Mozilla Firefox).
Access was fine a fortnight ago.
Connection I'm using is;
