Error Message - cgi-bin form not found on this server.

I wanted to include the facility to receive emails from my website, but I keep getting the above error message when I attempt to send a test message to myself.  Do you guys not have this facility or have I got it wrong somewhere? Many thanks,

Are you trying to do this on your normal (www.accountname.plus.com) webspace? Unfortunately that script has been withdrawn for reasons explained in the very long topic cgi form email script not working (404) - specifically replies #21 and #33.

All I could make out that you still do not offer cgi-bin form!! I would like to receive emails from my normal website.  How do I do it now please?
