I was due to have an engineer come around this morning 8am - 1pm (Friday, 4th of May 2018) due to a fault that was discovered (impairment in copper joint). However, I have been home all day and the engineer did not turn up and I wasn't informed that he wasn't going to be here either nor have I been notified of a reschedule. This is very frustrating as the issue with my broadband is now being delayed.
I mentioned in my fault ticket that the engineer had not turned up and I have still have not received a reply.
