Encryption error when using Plusnet account website

Encryption error when using Plusnet account website

When I logon to my account I am getting a message from Kaspersky Total Security which says:
"Error while scanning the encrypted connection with www.plus.net …"
Does anybody know what this is about? Is the Plusnet website secure?

Kaspersky, like a number of security sites these days, throws up these errors due to (a) bad configuration and (b) 'scare tactics' which are designed, IMO, to persuade you to 'upgrade' - i.e, give them more money for nothing. I have 'Avast!' free AV on my Windows machine and it keeps telling me my home connection is a 'new' one - when I've had it for 9 years with PN and about 11 more with previous ISPs.
The PN website is 'HTTPS' - i.e secure.
