Empty webspace after migration

I got the email about my migration this morning. Attempting to access my photo gallery, which was working a couple of days ago, and got permissions denied.
Went into control panel and no sign of any of my files.
Is the data transfer still taking place?

You're not the only one affected. Leave it with me and I'll make sure it's sorted out. In the interim I'd suggest leaving things as they are.
