EE mobile phone account set up by Plus Net....

SO.... I got talked into moving my phone contract (just SIM phone and dats from giffgaff to ee) by Plus Net.

I go to the EE site and there is no way to log into whatever account I have with them via Plus Net.
I need to figure out why my reception is so poor in my house  - we cut our landline at the same time - and possibly end the contract.

Has anyone else dealt with EE after being moved across by PN?

Any hints most gratefully accepted.

The easiest way to access your EE account is to download the EE app onto your phone.

I've got the EE app on my phone.
I managed to guess what the 4 digit passkey was on the 3rd go...
I('ve managed to link my phone to the app. Thanks.
