I have a PAYH free account left over from the trial period of the PAYH service. It runs a family history site with phpgedview. Recently I have received warning emails from PAYH support that my download limit has been exceeded. I am at a loss to explain this since the Google Analytics tracking I have on the pages shows no more visits and usage than has been the case over the last 12 months or more. Can anyone tell me how to proceed? I have tried contacting PAYH support by email but have so far received no reply or even an acknowledgement.
