Domain transfer - when will it complete?

I requested a transfer out of my domain (razzydo.co.uk) (originally registered via freenetname) last Tuesday, 19th September. You immediately billed me £25.54 and since then I have not been able to receive emails on my default email account for that domain.

 

It has now been a week and the transfer (to ENET) is not yet complete. I have been on hold to technical support for 15 minutes, and then the call was cut off. As a legacy (freenetname -> Madasafish) customer, I don't think there is any way I can raise a support ticket, hence my recourse to the support forums.

 

Please could I urgently get an update as to the status of the transfer? Being without email access for a week is simply not acceptable.

@jerzywie, ENET isn't a recognised IPS Tag. What IPS Tag did you request outbound transfer to?
