Hi,
I have initiated a domain transfer out from Force9 yesterday but the IPStag has not yet been updated.Does anyone know how long it takes for the IPStag to be updated.
My new domain provider cannot continue without this and the website and e-mails are currently down.
The domain is artp.org.uk
Any advice/help would be very welcome.
Thanks!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

It will sit there indefinitely until you manage to get someone like @Chris to do what is required manually.
See my topic on the same issue from earlier today: https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Domain-transfer-out/td-p/1378247

Thanks for the advice jelv. Hopefully someone will be able to look at this soon. Our website and emails have been down since yesterday.
I raised a ticket to ask if the ipstag had been changed, they have responded to say the current ipstag is FORCE9. Not really the response I was looking for...

You might be able to create an account on nominet and then change the tag yourself. It will cost you £10 plus VAT but I'm sure you could recover that from Plusnet (via small claims court if needed). I was considering going that route before @Chris stepped in.

Could you confirm that this is all sorted please (by a post or marking Chris' response as a fix).

@jelv thanks for your advice on this and thanks to @bobpullen & @Chris for actually making the changes. Transfer took less than 10 mins after the IPStag was updated.
It is a shame that I had to resort to this, I wonder how long it would have taken if I hadn't of contacted the forum.
